Where is my Ring order?

To track your order, open the shipping confirmation sent to your email to find the shipment details and order status. If you ordered multiple devices or a Ring bundle, your order may arrive as multiple packages on different days.

How do I cancel my Ring order?

You may cancel your order within the first 45 minutes after purchase. If you missed the cancelation window, you can start a Return.

Ring offers a 30-day refund policy from the date you received your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $49.00 ship free of charge. The order subtotal must be a minimum of $49.00 to qualify for free shipping. If your order is under $48.99, Standard shipping costs $3.99 and Expedited shipping costs $12.00. Please note that due to limited inventory, some items may not be eligible for Expedited shipping.

All Canadian orders ship free of charge via International Economy.
