Replacing your in-warranty Ring device

If you contacted Customer Support and they determined that your in-warranty Ring device needs to be replaced, this is what will happen next:

  1. Your replacement device order is processed.

Ring Customer Support will submit an order to send you a replacement Ring device to the address you specified.
  2. You'll receive a return shipping label by email.
Within the first 24-48 hours of your order being processed, you’ll receive an email from us with your return shipping label and details. Hang on to this email for when your replacement device arrives. For EU customers, your shipping label will arrive in the box.
  3. You'll receive your replacement device in the mail.

This can several business days depending on your location. We recommend you keep the packaging for your new device to mail back your previous Ring device, so we can recycle it properly.

Replacing out-of-warranty Ring devices

Ring devices that are outside of the 1-year manufacturer's warranty and any other Ring Protect subscription extended warranty options are not eligible for replacement by Ring Customer Support.
