Replacement Device: Shipping your old device back to Ring

How to get your shipping label, and return your Ring device.

If you qualify for a replacement device from Ring, here’s how to get your shipping label and return your current device, so we can recycle it properly.

  1. Look for your email confirmation.
    After you’ve entered the discount code for your replacement device, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. This also lets our team know to begin processing your shipping label. When you receive your replacement device in the mail, save the packaging to send back your old device.

  2. We’ll begin processing your shipping label.
    You’ll receive an email confirming that we’re getting your shipping label ready. It usually takes up to 24-48 hours to process the label. The label will not be attached to this email message.

  3. You’ll receive your shipping label via email.
    Within 24-48 hours, you should receive your shipping label. If you have the right size box to return the device, you can ship it back before you receive the replacement. Or, you can reuse the packaging that your new replacement device arrives in.

Note: For all US orders, we ship via UPS. Find a UPS Store or drop off location. If you don’t have a printer, you can show the UPS Store (or drop off location) your shipping label in the email you received from Ring. They’ll take care of the rest.
