If your Alarm Pro Base Station can’t connect to the internet, you have several options that may help.
Go to eero
Choose the Go to eero option to troubleshoot your network using the eero app.

Unregister the Base Station
If you don’t have the Alarm Pro Base Station available, or if it’s not powering on and can’t be fixed, you can unregister the Base Station using the app.
We only recommend using this option when you want to completely remove the Base Station from your Ring account.
Note: All Z-Wave devices and Ring Alarm security devices will need to be factory reset before they can be added to a new Base Station. Tap here to learn how to factory reset your devices.
