Using Your Level Bolt and Level Touch in the Ring App

The Level Bolt and Level Touch are smart locks, designed to fit easily into a deadbolt opening and blend naturally with the style of a home. Level lets family, friends or service providers share access via the Ring app and allows for automation such as automatically locking the door when someone leaves, or receiving entry and exit notifications.

You can access your Level Bolt and Level Touch functions inside the Ring app by linking your Level  app with your compatible Ring Video Doorbell Pro. You also need to connect your Amazon account to your Ring app and enable Amazon Sidewalk.

Ring Video Doorbell Pro Compatibility

You can check whether or not your Ring Video Doorbell Pro is compatible by looking at its serial number on the back of the device. If the serial number starts with "BHL3" or has "15N" in the serial number (example: GAM15N03109600JM) it is Sidewalk compatible today. If your Ring Video Doorbell Pro serial number starts with "BHL1" or "BHL2" Sidewalk is not compatible with those devices.
