Tracking your Ring.com order

Ring takes safety and security seriously. This includes ensuring the integrity of your purchases from us. This article will show you how to track your packages from our warehouse to your front door.

The tracking email
The first step in the package tracking process is the confirmation email. This is an email sent to you to let you know that your order has been received and your package is on its way. 

You can click on "View your order" to be taken to your order information page where you can find tracking information once it's available.  

Note: Tracking information takes up to 24 hours to be available. Prior to being available, you can choose how you wish to be notified about shipment details and updates on the Ring.com site.

When the tracking information has been generated you can click on the tracking number link found under “Tracking Number” on the order page. This will display the tracking and shipment details for your order. The tracking link will display the tracking and shipment details for your order. If your order arrives and it is missing items, they may have been shipped separately. For example, Ring Alarm 10-piece and 14-piece kits are often shipped in different packages. Your original order will show the total number of items you ordered. If you are missing items, periodically check your View Order pagefor tracking updates. Please keep your master tracking number as you might see multiple tracking numbers on the left hand side with Swiship, our package tracking system. 

Note: The tracking link will update with each package as it ships. Orders with multiple devices such as Ring Alarm 10pc and 14pc kits will ship in separate packages.

Once your order has been delivered the shipment details will reflect the delivery status. If you ordered multiple devices, please keep your master tracking number as you might see multiple tracking numbers on the left hand side within Swiship, our package tracking system.
