Your Security by Verizon plan allows you to capture videos and photos from your Ring Video Doorbell or Ring Security Camera and stores them in the cloud for 180 days (in the US) so you can review, share, and save them at your leisure.
Changing your video storage time will only affect videos that are recorded after you adjust your storage time setting.Snapshot Capture photos in the cloud can be stored up to 14 days. Storage options vary based on your Ring Protect Subscription Plan.
