Step 1 -- Remove the old Base Station from your account.
Note: If your original Base Station is offline, skip this step.

- Tap Devices, then tap Alarm Base Station, and then tap Base Station.
- Tap on the gear icon in the upper right corner, then tap Advanced Options.
- Tap Unregister Base Station, then tap the Unregister button.
Step 2 -- Set up the new Base Station.
Be sure to have your wifi password, and turn on Bluetooth on your phone before you begin.
- Open the Ring app and tap Set Up a Device.
- Next, tap Alarm and select your location.
- Tap Base Station.
- Follow the in-app instructions to complete setup.
- When prompted, press the PAIRING button on the rear of your Base Station.
Once your Base Station connects to the internet, it may take a few minutes to complete any software updates. When you see a solid blue LED ring on the Base Station, you can continue to the next step.
Step 3 -- Factory reset each device, then pair it with your new Base Station.
Note: Before starting, make sure each device is near the Base Station.
