Resolving issues with Security by Ring

If you have Security by Ring and you experience any issues with your Verizon account, you’ll need to reach out to Verizon Customer Service for help.  You can reach Verizon customer service at 1-800-922-0204.

 

Note: If you’ve replaced the Base Station for your Ring Alarm Security Kit with Verizon LTE and you need to activate cellular backup service, click here.

For all other Ring Alarm issues, reach out to Ring customer support.
