Linking Your Ring and Amazon Accounts

Learn how to link your Ring account to your Amazon account and unlock features like the Ring Alexa Skill.

You can link your Ring account to your Amazon account in Ring Control Center to improve your experience and unlock unique features, including:

Note: Only one Ring account can be linked to an Amazon account at a time.

Link your Ring account to your Amazon account

  1. Open the Ring app.
  2. Tap
    menu
    (☰).
  3. Tap
    Control Center
    .
  4. Scroll down and tap
    Amazon Account Linking
    .
  5. Under Link Amazon Account, tap
    Link
    .
  6. For security, you'll need to enter your Ring account password.
  7. Tap
    Agree and Continue.
     
  8. Enter your Amazon account email and password, and tap
    Sign In
    .
  9. Amazon may ask to verify your account by text or email with a confirmation link. Tap the link to verify. 
  10. Your Ring and Amazon accounts are now linked.

Unlink your Ring account to your Amazon account

  1. Open the Ring app.
  2. Tap the
    menu
    (☰).
  3. Tap
    Control Center
    .
  4. Scroll down and tap
    Amazon Account Linking
    .
  5. Under Link Amazon Account, tap
    Unlink
    .
  6. Tap
    Continue
    to confirm any Echo devices will be unlinked.
  7. You may be logged out of your Ring account on your device. 
  8. Your Ring and Amazon accounts are now unlinked.
  9. If signed out, sign in to the Ring app again.

When your accounts are linked, you associate your
 Ring account with your Amazon account. Ring
 and Amazon will use information from these accounts to provide features and services that require such linking to function.

Ring and Amazon may also use this data for improving products and services, marketing, advertising, and analytics, and as otherwise described in Ring’s Privacy Notice and Amazon’s Privacy Notice.

You can unlink your accounts at any time in Control Center.
