The benefits of Amazon Account Linking
You can link your Ring account to your Amazon account in Ring Control Center to improve your experience and unlock unique features:
- Ring Alexa Skill
- Guard Plus (requires Ring Protect Pro plan)
- Ring Protect subscription management on Amazon.com
- Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery
- 10% discount on select products on Amazon.com (requires Ring Protect Plus or Pro Plan)
Keep in mind, only one Ring account can be linked to an Amazon account at a time.
Linking your Ring account to your Amazon account
- Open the Ring app.
- Tap the top menu (≡).
- Tap Control Center.
- Scroll down and tap Amazon Account Linking.
- Under Link Amazon Account, tap Link.
- For security, you'll need to enter your Ring account password.
- Tap Agree and Continue.
- Enter your Amazon account email and password, and tap Sign In.
- Amazon may ask to verify your account by text or email with a confirmation link. Tap the link to verify.
- Your Ring and Amazon accounts are now linked.
Unlinking your Ring account to your Amazon account
- Open the Ring app.
- Tap the top menu (≡).
- Tap Control Center.
- Scroll down and tap Amazon Account Linking.
- Under Link Amazon Account, tap Unlink.
- Tap Continue to confirm any Echo devices will be unlinked.
- You may be logged out of your Ring account on your device.
- Your Ring and Amazon accounts are now unlinked.
- If logged out, sign in to the Ring app again.
When your accounts are linked, you associate your Ring account with your Amazon account. Ring and Amazon will use information from these accounts to provide features and services that require such linking to function.
Ring and Amazon may also use this data for improving products and services, marketing, advertising, and analytics, and as otherwise described in Ring’s Privacy Notice and Amazon’s Privacy Notice.
You can unlink your accounts at any time in Control Center.
