Ring's Price Match Guarantee

If you have purchased a new Ring product through Ring.com and find an identical product at a qualifying retailer for a lower price within 30 days of purchase, Ring will match the price. Please call Customer Support and we will be happy to assist you.  

Terms and Conditions

• Price matching does not apply to offers and promotions that are limited in quantity (e.g., while supplies last offers, warehouse deals, clearance sales, doorbuster or Black Friday/Cyber Monday related offers) special daily or hourly sales, and offers made available only to select groups of customers including loyalty offers, pre-order offers, or trade-in offers.
• We will match an active price offered by a qualifying retailer within the 30-days following the purchase of the product on Ring.com (not including special price offers mentioned in the first bullet point above). The active price must be offered in the customer’s country of residence.
• This offer applies to Ring.com discounts or promotions within 30 days following the purchase of a product on Ring.com, as well as discounts and promotions offered by the following qualifying retailers: Amazon.com, Best Buy, Target, Lowes, and Home Depot. This offer does not apply to third-party resellers or individuals selling units on sites such as eBay or Amazon Marketplace and does not apply to Costco or Club Channel deals.
• A product is eligible if it is identical to a qualifying retailer’s product (i.e., product must be new and have an identical model number, color, and quantity). The qualifying retailer’s competitive price will be considered to be the pre-tax price, including any shipping and handling costs.
• Proof of advertised price by a qualifying retailer is required (e.g. photo, website screenshot).
• This offer cannot be combined with any other Ring discounts or promotions.
• This offer does not apply to offers by otherwise qualifying retailers that are financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, open-box items, refurbished items, and rent/lease to own items.
