When installing your Transformer you will always place one wire to the Ground terminal and then the other wire will either be inserted into the 12V or 15V terminal. In most cases you will need the 12V terminal, but you may need the 15V terminal if your wiring is at a further distance from your home.

Where should you buy wire for your Transformer?

You can buy wire from any local hardware store or online retailer. Determine the gauge of your wire first!

Always remember you should not bury your wire more than six inches under the ground.
