Return Policy

Ring offers a 30-day refund policy from the date you receive your order to request a full refund. The following article answers the most frequently asked questions concerning Ring’s refund policy.

How do I return a Ring Product?

You can begin the return process by visiting http://returns.narvar.com/ring/returns.

Once completed, you will be able to print a FedEx Ground return label along with instructions on how to pack up and return your Ring products.

Does it cost anything to return my Ring product?

Yes. There is a $5 charge for the FedEx Ground return.

Can I track my return?

Yes. After completing the return process, you will receive a confirmation email. There is a tracking link in the email you can use to track your package.

Can I return a Ring product that I purchased on Amazon or at retail?

No. This return process can only be used for products purchased through Ring.com. Products purchased through other outlets must be returned using those outlets' return procedures.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

You should receive your refund within seven to 10 business days after we receive the return.

How will I get my refund?

Once we receive your product(s), the full amount of the returned devices will be refunded to the original payment source used.
