If your Smoke & CO Listener* is offline, your Ring Alarm cannot provide professional monitoring* for smoke, fire, and carbon monoxide until the device is back online.
To restore your professional fire monitoring,* try the following recommendations until your device is working properly:
- Press the button on the Smoke & CO Listener*
- Open and close the Smoke & CO Listener* to see if your Ring Alarm restores it.
- Replace the battery.
- Check that your Range Extender is plugged in and working.
