Shipping and Returns Policies

What are my shipping options? Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?

All domestic orders are shipped at no cost to you via FedEx Home Delivery. This generally takes four to five business days from the time the order is processed.

Orders under $48.99 ground shipped will be charged $3.99. Orders over $49.00 will get free ground shipping.

You may also choose FedEx Overnight delivery for $20 or FedEx 2-Day delivery for $12.

Note: All orders placed prior to 12 PM Pacific Time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM, Pacific Time, will ship no later than the following business day.

All Canadian orders are shipped at no cost you via FedEx International Economy, which generally takes five to seven days.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. All domestic orders placed through Ring.com before 12 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the following business day.

When will I receive my order if I select FedEx Overnight Delivery on Thursday afternoon or Friday?

If you place an order after 12 PM Pacific Time on a Thursday and choose the FedEx Overnight option during checkout, your order will be shipped on Friday and arrive on Monday. If you place an order after 12 PM Pacific Time on a Friday, it will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

Can I cancel my order/change a delivery address? 

Contact customer service within 30 minutes of placing your order to cancel it or change the delivery address.

After 30 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible as your order will already have been sent to our fulfillment center. You will have to wait until the item is delivered and then return it for a full refund.

Can I add or remove items from an existing order?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has been placed. We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy if you'd like to return any unwanted products once they've been delivered.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a full refund. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your product(s), the full amount of the returned devices will be refunded to the original payment source used.
