Professional monitoring
When you get a Ring Alarm, you can self-monitor your alarm system, or you can opt-in to professional monitoring¹ that comes with the Ring Protect Pro plan.
Professional monitoring¹ is a service that monitors Ring Alarm for alarm signals, and can notify emergency contacts and request emergency dispatch the authorities. The Ring monitoring center is a team of trained agents in a secure location who monitor all Ring Alarms 24/7.
At this time, professional monitoring is unavailable in Quebec.
Ring Protect
Ring Protect plans are optional and can be canceled for any reason. However, Ring Alarm systems without a Ring Protect plan will not have access to certain features including digital arming and disarming, alarm notifications, security automations and modes settings.* To enjoy the full suite of Ring Alarm System features, sign up for the Ring Protect subscription that best fits your home security needs.
