Sally, please first ensure that your Ring Doorbell is online by checking its internet connection in Device Health. If the battery died it may have lost its Wi-Fi credentials and simply need to be reconnected.

I have now charged it for nearly 24 hours and tried using a different micro USB cable and higher speed plug since last night. The unit does not respond at all. No light on the ring. No response to pushing the button on the back.

Held orange button for 15 seconds and got first sign of life. 65% charged after 24 hours. Will give it more time and check connection. Received no warning on battery.

ring doorbell pro will connect to the internet and it just keeps spinning white. I have done a hard restart several times and it is still not connecting. There is no problem with my internet.
