Deleting recent activity from your Ring app is a very simple process.
Deleting by selecting individual videos
- Swipe the recent events to the right
- Tap the circle to select the event or events you wish to delete .
- Press the red trash can icon to delete an event and the recorded video.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
If you wish to delete multiple events at once:
- Swipe the event list to the right. This exposes selection buttons for each event.
- Tap Delete All.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
- Tap Delete to confirm again.
Note: Deletion is permanent. Once all events have been deleted, they cannot be recovered.
Note: It can take up to 72 hours to delete all events. This is not a window to cancel deletion. Once all events have been deleted, they cannot be recovered.
