Get to know Account Management
With Account Management, you can manage your Ring account information: how your name appears in your account, change your phone number, update your email, and change your Ring account password.
How to access Account Management in Control Center.
From the Ring app:

- Open the Ring app.
- Tap the top menu (☰).
- Tap Control Center.
- Tap Account Management.
From a mobile browser:

- Log in to your Ring account at Ring.com.
- Tap the top menu (☰).
- Tap Control Center.
- Tap Account Management.
From a desktop browser:
- Log in to your Ring account at Ring.com.
- Click the Dashboard home icon on the top right.
- Click Account and select Control Center.
- Click Account Management.
Updating your account details
Whenever you update information in your Ring account, we first require you to re-enter your password, and in most cases, enter your verification code. We're just making sure it's you who's making these changes.
Changing your Name
You can change how your First Name and Last Name appear in your Ring account.
Updating your Email address
Did you recently change your email address? You can update it in Account Management.
Updating your Phone Number
If you recently changed your phone number, update it now in Account Management. Keep in mind, this is phone number we'll contact if you dropped a call when speaking to our Customer Support Team. It may not be same number you provided to receive you sign-in verification codes.
Changing your Ring account Password
Need to create a stronger password? You can change your password in Account Management from Control Center.
