How to Download Car Cam Videos

If you have a Ring Protect Go Subscription, you can download your Car Cam videos from the Ring app.

1. Open the Ring app.
2. Tap the

   menu

   on the top left

   (☰).
3. Tap

   History.
4. Tap

   Devices.
5. Check the bubble for your Car Cam. Then tap the

   Filter Devices

   button.
6. Scroll to the video you want to share and open (play) it. You can change the camera toggle to show the inside car view or outside car view.

• To download locally stored Car Cam videos tap

  Download

  and follow the prompts in the Ring app.
• To download Car Cam videos stored in the cloud, tap the

  three dots

  and follow the prompts in the Ring app.

Once a video is finished downloading, you can find it in your mobile device's photos.

On iOS (Apple) devices, videos will be in your Photos app or iCloud.

On Android (Google) devices, videos will be in your Files app.
