Effective February 28, 2019, the Ring Referral Program will be ending for the season. Existing and eligible Ring Referral Credits will remain active in your account until they are redeemed or expire.

Where can I view my credit balance?
Log into your account on Ring.com, and visit the account page to view your Ring Credit Balance.
Can I use the credits to purchase a Ring Protect Plan?
No. Credits can only be used for camera products (cams and doorbells), Alarm systems, Ring accessories or any other product available on Ring.com.
Do credits ever expire?
Yes. Credits are only good for 365 days after the date they are issued. They can also only be used by the account they are issued to.
Can credits be used with other discounts or promotions?
Yes, although credits used under another Ring discount or promotional program are subject to any restrictions associated with that program.
Can I exchange my credits for cash or use them at a store?
No. Credits have no cash or real-world value and may only be exchanged for Ring products on Ring.com.
What will happen to existing credits that were earned before the end of the program?
Existing and eligible Ring Referral Credits will remain active in your account until they are redeemed on ring.com or expire.
What happened to the referral program in the app?
As of February 28, 2019, the referral program is no longer available in the Ring or Neighbors apps. You will no longer be able to see your balance in the app, but you can log into ring.com and visit your account page at any time to view your balance.
