• Coverage for vandalism
• Applies to device that were previously setup in the Ring and installed
• Ring devices must be active on your account

What's Not Covered

• Ring Alarm, Smart Lighting, and accessories
• Ring devices purchased from any retailer or seller other than

  ring.com
• If your Ring device was lost or stolen in transit before setup and installation
• If your Ring device was delivered to the incorrect address
• If tracking information shows as delivered, but you did not receive it
• If your Ring device was delivered, and was stolen before you retrieved it
