Finding Your Wifi Password
Look on the side or bottom of your wifi router. There's often a sticker that contains the network name and password.
Make sure to enter the password into the Ring app exactly as it appears, since wifi passwords are case-sensitive and have no spaces.

Get the wifi password from your Mac or PC
If you've changed your router's default password, try searching on a device that is currently connected to your wifi.
Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
Still having trouble? We recommend contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or router manufacturer. Sometimes it's as easy as resetting the router to its factory settings.
