Sharing and Downloading Your Ring Videos

When you have a Ring Protect plan, you can share or download videos from your Ring doorbell or security camera via your Ring app or at Ring.com when you're logged into your account.

There are several different ways to access your videos:

  1. Use the main Dashboard — the first screen you see in the Ring App
  2. Go to History  — tap on the three lines on the top left in the Ring App
  3. Use the Device Dashboard — the screen that shows info for a particular doorbell or security camera

You can download videos one at a time from the Ring App, or download multiple videos from Ring.com by logging in with the same username and password that you use for the Ring App.
