Download your Ring videos

You can download up to 50 videos at a once on Ring.com, and one video at a time on the Ring App.

Download videos from a web browser

  1. Log in to your Ring account.
  2. Go to History and select Manage edit.svg.
  3. Select the videos you want to save, then select Download download.svg. You may need to re-enter your password.

Videos are downloaded to your computer as a .zip file. Once unzipped, each .mp4 file can be opened and viewed individually. Videos are time stamped.

Download videos from the Ring App

  1. Go to the menu Hamburger__not_in_font_.png and select History event.svg.
  2. Scroll to the video you want to share, then tap more more_ios.svg
  3. Select Share Share_2.svg then download download.svg. A pop-up screen will appear.

Once a video is finished downloading, you can find it on your mobile device camera images (on Apple devices, videos will be in your iCloud or Photos album; on Android devices, videos will be in your Files app).

Note: You can download one video at a time on the Ring App. To download multiple videos at once, go to your account on Ring.com.
