View Billing History for Virtual Security Guard

If you have a Virtual Security Guard¹ subscription, you can view your billing history online. All you have to do is sign in to your account at Ring.com. Once signed in, you can view billing details such as payment method, payment date, and charge amount. You can also download an invoice PDF for a specific billing date.

Note: Billing history for any subscriptions is not supported on the Ring app at this time.

3. To download a PDF invoice, select

   View Invoice

• If you’re experiencing issues, make sure file downloads are enabled on your browser settings.

If you purchased a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel it.

Billing Details for Virtual Security Guard

You will be billed for your Virtual Security Guard subscription every month until you cancel it and/or cancel Ring Protect Pro. If you opted in to Extra Events, those events will be billed separately from your Virtual Security Guard subscription at the end of each billing cycle. You can opt in or out of Extra Events at any time by visiting your Ring account.

¹Virtual Security Guard is an add-on service that requires the following (each sold separately): subscription fee per enrolled location plus a compatible Ring Protect plan, Ring Alarm system, enrollment in Ring Alarm Professional Monitoring², and an eligible device.
