How can I purchase the bundle?
The Stick Up Cam Battery (3rd Generation) and Ring Protect bundle is available to new and existing Vodafone mobile, broadband and converged customers in Italy. You can either purchase the bundle as an addition to your existing broadband or mobile contract, or sign up to a new contract with Vodafone and add the Stick Up Cam Battery (3rd Generation) and Ring Protect bundle at the same time.
Note: The bundle is only available to purchase directly from Vodafone, via its website, app or in store.
What is Ring Protect?
Ring Protect is an optional subscription service that allows video recordings from your Ring devices to be saved in your Ring account. Without Ring Protect, you can access Live View on your doorbells and cameras and answer doorbell notifications when they happen, but you will not get video recordings of these events.

When does the Ring Protect Plus subscription start and end?
The Ring Protect Plus subscription will last for two years from the date you set up your device. If you remove your Stick Up Cam and set it up at a new location, your two-year Ring Protect Plus subscription will move with it, but will not restart.
Example: You set up your Stick Up Cam in the Ring app on July 1, 2022. Even if you remove the device and later reset it, the Ring Protect Plus subscription end date is July 1, 2024.
Note: If you are already a Ring Protect Plus subscriber, you will not get an additional subscription by purchasing this bundle. You will continue to benefit from your Ring Protect Plus subscription and pay for it as normal.
What Ring devices will my Ring Protect Plus subscription cover?
It will cover your Stick Up Cam Battery (3rd Generation) and all eligible devices at the same location, for example your home address.
What happens when the Ring Protect Plus subscription that came with the bundle ends? Will my Ring Protect Plus plan automatically renew after the two-year subscription ends?
No, your plan will not be automatically renewed. All recorded videos will be deleted unless you subscribe to a new Ring Protect plan within your two-year subscription period. To avoid losing access to your recorded videos and subscription features, make sure you subscribe to Ring Protect before the two-year period ends. During the two year period, you may subscribe to a Ring Protect plan and you will be charged on the first day following the end of the two-year subscription included in the bundle.
