What are my shipping options? Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?

Orders under €40/ £40 will not qualify for free shipping.  If your order is under €40/ £40, Standard shipping costs apply. Orders over €40/ £40 will qualify for free shipping. Order subtotal must be minimum €40/ £40 to qualify for free shipping.

Replacements may require an extra 24-48 hours processing time.

When will my order ship?

We usually deliver orders in 3-5 business days with DPD (parcels) and Royal Mail (envelopes). 

The festive season is a busy time for everyone. For delivery by December 24th, order by December 18th, 19:00 GMT.

How long do I have to cancel an order?

You have 50 minutes after your order is placed to call in and cancel your order. After that, your order will ship and cannot be canceled.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

Ring stands behind its product and will replace defective units as quickly as possible. Contact us with the details and our community support representatives will ensure that if the device requires replacement, the replacement process is both as efficient and effortless as possible.
