Where is my Ring order?

To track your order, open the shipping confirmation sent to your email to find the shipment details and order status. If you ordered multiple devices or a Ring bundle, your order may arrive as multiple packages on different days.

How do I cancel my Ring order?

You may cancel your order within the first 45 minutes after purchase. If you missed the cancellation window, you can start a return.

How do I return my Ring order?

Ring offers a 30-day refund policy from the date you received your order. For purchases made on Ring.com between 1st November and 31st December, 2021 you have until 31st January, 2022 to return your item(s) for a full, no-questions-asked refund.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over A$ 50 ship free of charge. The order subtotal must be a minimum of A$ 50 to qualify for free shipping. If your order is under A$ 50, standard shipping costs A$ 4.95.
