If you have been logged out of the Ring app, you can sign in again using your Ring account email address and password. Follow the prompts to verify your account. You will receive a verification code via email or text to complete the sign in process.
Note: Make sure you use the same email address you used to create your Ring account. If you're not sure which email address you used, check your inboxes for emails received from Ring.
Remember that passwords are case sensitive and do not include spaces.
If you forget your Ring account password
Follow these steps to access your account:
- Go to the sign in page.
- Click or tap Forgot your password?
- Enter your Ring account email address.
- You will receive instructions for resetting your password via email.
Important: If you are on the initial app screen which shows a video of a street, select Log In not Create Account (which will create a duplicate account).
Do not share your Ring account password with anyone. No Ring employee, agent or community manager will ever ask you for your password.
What if I don’t receive an email about resetting my password?
If you have multiple email addresses and are not sure which one you used to create your Ring account, search for emails from Ring in each of your inboxes.
If you still need help, contact Ring Customer Support for further assistance.
What if I don’t have access to the email address?
If you have enabled two-factor verification via text message, you can reset your password via text message. If you don't have two-factor verification enabled, contact Ring Customer Support.
