Depending on the way your Indoor Cam is placed, especially if mounted on the ceiling, you may find your video image is showing up upside down. If that happens, you can use the "Rotate Video" control in your Ring app to change your video's orientation.
To flip your video's image, do the following:
- Open up your Ring app
- Select the Indoor Cam
- Tap Device Settings
- Tap Video Settings
- Tap Rotate Video toggle
Note: Due to the change in camera view, your Customisable Motion Zones will be reset.
