Return policy

You have 30 days from the date you received your device(s) to request a full refund with no questions asked.

For purchases made on Ring.com between 1st November and 31st December, 2021 you have until 31st January, 2022 to return your item(s) for a full, no-questions-asked refund.

To return your item, please contact Customer Support to request a return label. This lets you return the device(s) to us free of charge, as long as the return originates from the same country we delivered to.
