The Ring app needs iOS 14 or later, Android 9 or later (with access to the Google Play Store) or Fire OS 7 or later.
Note: The Ring app is no longer supported on the Windows 10 mobile device platform. The app will continue to function on desktops, tablets, and laptops running the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

The Ring desktop app experience is moving to Ring.com
All your favourite desktop app features are available via your preferred web browser. You can access Live View and get motion alerts, ring notifications and all the latest features on Ring.com – no app updates necessary. As part of this change, the desktop app will be discontinued in the first half of 2022. Learn more.
Note: The Ring Windows and Mac desktop apps are no longer receiving updates for new devices and features.
Unsupported devices and features include the following:
- Video Doorbell Wired
- Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2
- Ring Video Doorbell 4
- Video end-to-end encryption
